Strict Non-Compliance Policy
Any breach of institutional rules, general misconduct, destruction of lab entities, or acts of indiscipline will invite strict disciplinary actions, heavy monetary penalties, or immediate suspension from the program.
Attendance Framework
- 75% Mandatory Attendance: Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in both theoretical classes and practical laboratory sessions to qualify for university examinations.
- Prior Leave Sanctions: Any absence must be covered under an official leave application signed by parents and pre-approved by the Head of Department (HOD).
- Medical Condonation: In case of prolonged illness, authentic medical certificates must be produced immediately upon re-joining classes, not at the end of semesters.
Laboratory Code of Conduct
- Authorized System Usage: Students must log into assigned terminals only. Tampering with internal hardware configurations or networking nodes is strictly prohibited.
- No External Media: Utilizing external drives (USB/Hard Disks) without supervisor permission is restricted to protect local servers from malware payloads.
- Log Maintenance: Every student must sign the lab entry/exit register and properly log down system operations as per the lab instructor's mandates.
Academic & Exam Integrity
- Internal Assessments: Timely completion of internal assignments, sessionals, projects, and periodic class tests is compulsory for final marking calculations.
- Zero Plagiarism Policy: Project source codes, system reports, and industrial portfolios must reflect original effort. Copied work will be completely rejected.
- Malpractice Consequences: Any student found using unfair means or electronic accessories inside internal or university examination setups will be immediately reported.
General Campus Ethics
- Identity Cards Mandatory: Carrying and visibly displaying the institutional student Identity Card is compulsory at all times inside college permises.
- Anti-Ragging Compliance: Ragging in any shape or form is an absolute criminal offense. Any engagement will attract strict legal operations and direct rustication.
- Professionalism & Dress Code: Students are strictly expected to follow the designated neat departmental dress uniform code on all standard working days.
